The Italian for “buttery”, burrata is a sumptuous soft cheese, made from mozzarella and cream.

 

Mains

Roast beef wrapped in bresaola and studded with garlic and rosemary, served with a choice of red wine or béarnaise sauces.

Spinach, mushroom and ricotta rotolo
Rotolo is a delicious Swiss roll of silky fresh pasta with layers of chopped mushrooms in garlic, and ricotta with spinach.

Imagine a gratin dauphinoise peppered with anchovies in the layers of cream, garlic and potato¬† - that’s yummy Janssen’s Temptation. It is the perfect accompaniment for roast beef with salty air dried bresaola.
